While I am an educator who maintains a fine art practice, my journey began in digital design. I studied Visual Communication at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and have designed for organizations including Chicago Public Media, The Journey Hostel, and Abt Associates. My professional experience and skills in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite inform my approach to teaching, allowing me to connect artistic exploration with real-world applications and prepare students to carry their creative skills into a variety of professional paths.
